- Any kittens or cats sold to customers, we must add 6% sales tax to the total price of
the kitten/cat sold. We are a licensed business and this is the law, sorry! - We do not accept checks as final payment for kittens any longer. Sorry, if you wish to
pay by check for final payment, please make sure to send it at least a week prior for
time to clear. - To be placed on a waiting list for one of our upcoming litters, we require a deposit to
hold your place. For pets, we require a 300.00 deposit. Breeder/Show we require a
500.00 deposit. The deposit is put toward the purchase price of the kitten you choose
and are considered partial payment. Deposits are transferable until kittens are 7 weeks of age
(after 7 wks of age you are required to purchase this kitten or forfeit your deposit) to other litters, but
non-refundable as this shows your serious intent and holds a kitten for just you. Your kitten that
you choose will not be offered to any other buyers or interested parties. Waiting list
has first choice of all kittens available depending upon quality chosen. - Updated 7/7/07- We will no longer allow deposits on particular kittens until they are 6-8
weeks of age at our discretion. This will give us time to evaluate our kittens for our
breeding/show program as well as evaluating the quality of the kittens available. Once
they are evaluated, our waiting list will be contacted first, then they will be made
available to others on our website. Deposits can be placed on litters, but not on
particular kittens until they reach 6-8 weeks of age. If you have questions about our
policies, please feel free to ask us :) - We can accept Paypal credit card payment, but we do have to charge 3.50 for every
100.00 sent through Paypal as that is what they charge us for their service. - We do ship WORLDWIDE if needed. This is an additional cost not included in the price
of the kitten unless specified, usually costing between 190-280.00 depending upon
location in the US. (Flights outside of the continental US are obviously higher, contact
us for a quote) This price includes a health certificate, flight, and shipping crate. We
may be able to meet buyers for pickup of kittens on the east coast. Prices will vary
depending on gas and mileage/costs for the trip. Contact us for exact pricing to your
closest airport or location.
- Once deposit is made, or payment(s) for a kitten are made, and the kitten is ready to go
home, we will make repeated attempts to contact the buyer by the original method of contact.
If the buyer does not respond within 10 days, the reserved kitten will be placed up for resale
and the buyer will forfeit all deposits and payments made. We are not a kennel and can not
be expected to hold kittens for long periods of time without prior notice or arrangements.
This includes all sales and adoptions. Please stay in contact with us!
- We reserve the right at any time to deny selling a kitten or cat if we feel that it is not in
the best interest of our kittens/cats. - We price our kittens as we see fit. We reserve the right to change pricing as the kittens
mature. Though, once a deposit is received on a kitten we will not change pricing!
