About Us
Who We Are:

We are an elite licensed  TICA registered cattery located in Carroll
County, Maryland.  We breed exclusively the Bengal breed.  After
breeding Siamese cats for years, we fell in love with this "dog-like" breed
of cat and decided to devote our breeding to solely Bengals.  (We do
still have one pet Siamese, though, Patrick Thomas!)  We are also proud
members of the Bengal organization TIBCS.  We breed for gorgeous,
happy, healthy Bengal kittens.  We have recently been categorized as an
Outstanding Cattery by TICA.  This means we have had a licensed
veterinarian by the state of Maryland come to our cattery and view our
breeding facilities as well as the health of our cats.  We are proud of this
achievement and are proud to display the award.  We received the
highest score obtainable!  Way to go, Jungletime!  Health and
cleanliness of our cattery is most important to us!  We absolutely
welcome and recommend cattery visits here at Jungletime for seriously
interested buyers.

Our Interests:

In breeding Bengals, we hope to add to the breed quality and standard
as well as produce kittens with sound temperments, loving
personalities, and striking beauty.  We will be beginning our show
career in the year 2006 with a few new kittens added to our home and
breeding program.  We hope to help better the Bengal breed by breeding
only the best quality cats and upholding TICA and TIBCS breed
standards.

Experience:

I am trained as an emergency veterinary technician and worked in
emergency vet hospitals for over eight years and loved every minute!  
Animals are my passion, all of our breeding cats are first pets, then
breeders.  We will never risk the well-being of one of our cats for
breeding.  Also,  I have years of experience with kittening and pregnancy
cat care.   We work very closely with our close friend and veterinarian to
produce the happiest,  healthiest Bengal kittens
possible.  We also have dogs in our family, small and large!  You may
say that we need a farm!   Well, we thought so too, so we have moved to
a beautiful 4 acre farmette in rural Carroll County, Maryland for lots of
room for our animals!

Our Cats:

We choose our cats individually taking into consideration temperment,
quality, appearance and health.  Our cats are treated like our family.  We
care very much for each and every one of them and place their health
and well-being first always.  Our kittens are raised in our home with us
and socialized daily.  We feed our kittens and cats only the best of foods.
 At Jungletime, we feed a mixture of different kinds of dry foods, some
canned food, and raw meat diet daily.    Oma's Pride is the raw diet we
feed our cats.  We feel these foods are dietary wise complete for
Bengals and the cats and kittens love the taste!  It has greatly improved
the coat texture and shine of our cats and keeps them nice and trim!  We
will gladly send a sample amount with all of our kittens to their new
homes as well as send kitten packs with coupons and recommendations
of where to purchase the foods.

Our home and cattery are patrolled and protected by our 260lb mastiffs.

not take well to unwelcome visitors or strangers!
